Day
Derby
College for Deaf People is planning to have a presentation day on
Friday the 18th of June for all the students and staff who presently
work for DCDP.
DCDP
intend to present all the students with a National Record of Achievement
and a photographic record of the day.
We have
identified a guest speaker but have yet to decide on a location.

Deaf young People.

Mission Statement
Providing
learning opportunities for deaf people through collaboration, quality
education and training.
As a
Student at DCDP you will study at the local mainstream college.
This gives you access to the full range of educational opportunities
open to everyone. Joining DCDP also means becoming part of our community
where you can meet other deaf students from different parts of the
country.

By
train: Derby Train station is two miles from Derby College
for Deaf People. A taxi will cost around £3.00. The Bus station
is a short walk into Derby where you can catch the number 29 bus
to DCDP.
By
Road: Derby College for Deaf People is very near the main
A38 ring road. If you are travelling from the North East or the
North West you will need to follow the A38 around Derby to the Ashbourne
Rd roundabout. The College entrance is on the left, 50 metres from
the roundabout.
