Success for Derby College for Deaf People's Ladies Football Team
Soccer-mad students from Derby College for Deaf People are still celebrating after winning a football competition.

The team of girls achieved their goal of winning the Women's East Midlands 5 a side competition. The competition was held at Mansfield and they had to play 7 games to win the trophy.

They beat North Lincs College in the final scoring 32 goals and only conceding 3. Steve Williams said "The girls have been working hard since December and they deserve this trophy".
